| Introducing the YC-400 into the classroom is a sure way to satisfy students' desire to understand the subject matter. Projecting an enlarged figure from a textbook draws students' full attention to the projected image, for example, and enlivens the classroom atmosphere at the same time. |

| Projecting enlargements of textbook pages and 3D educational materials, such as plants, specimens and models, makes classes easier to understand and more fun, too. Enlarging the part you want to show stimulates students' interest and improves their concentration. |

90° rotation

Students can operate the YC-400 themselves when presenting materials such as independent research results. Even if they place their materials at an angle, the image will be corrected automatically. Since imported images can be rotated easily 90°clockwise or counter-clockwise, moreover, students are free to adjust the formats of projected materials to suit their purposes. Learning to use functions such as automatic clipping, which enables them to clip and enlarge selected materials, will improve their presentation and IT skills.

When explaining the answers to tests and quizzes, for example, the teacher can handwrite the answers to questions projected onto the whiteboard, and then use the YC-400 to photograph and save the whiteboard contents. These saved Q&A images can then be projected when reviewing the lesson with students at a later date.

Scanning lesson sheets and saving them as data before a class helps teachers conduct lessons smoothly. The ability to scan thick books such as encyclopaedias adds further convenience. And since you can scan and save students' reports and other materials quickly, managing all your classroom documents becomes easier as well. |

Business Shot Mode
When shooting in the Business Shot Mode, the camera unit automatically corrects slanting and (trapezoidal) distortions of images taken from the side into perfect rectangles. Manual front shooting correction is also available for photos taken in the conventional shooting mode. |

Users can take the camera unit anywhere, use it as a digital camera to shoot photos in various situations, and then project the images directly onto a screen. Not only are the photos clear and focused, even when taken from a side angle, but the Business Shot Mode also corrects slanted and distorted images automatically to ensure easy visibility. In education, it opens the door to countless effective applications outside of school. Teachers can use the camera to photograph plants, animals or other aspects of the surrounding environment, for example, and project the images without delay back in the classroom. These original teaching materials make classes more fun and stimulate students' curiosity. |
