TOKYO,
November 15, 2006 — Casio Computer Co., Ltd., announced
today the release of the “G Presents Lover’s
Collection 2006,” a limited edition pair of G-SHOCK®
and Baby-G® watches, just in time for the
gift-giving season.
The
G Presents Lover's Collection, an exclusive gift set of
two watches, includes a G-SHOCK for him and a Baby-G for
her, paired together in a distinctive case. First offered
in 1996, this collection of his and hers watches has been
an eagerly awaited gift item every holiday season.
Casio’s design for the G Presents Lover’s Collection
2006, the eleventh edition of the collection, aims to add
that extra special touch to the gift-giving season. The
2006 collection is available in two styles: digital/analog
combination watches, and all-digital models. The his and
hers models in both styles come in matching white —
reminiscent of pure white snow — with a glittering
gold tone for the bezels, hands, logos, and other elements
to add a special festive touch. Engraved on the back of
the watches in both styles is the year "2006"
along with a traditional illustration of the good and mischievous
cupids, an image of the love and temptation that cause sparks
to fly between lovers. This collection is the ideal gift
not only for couples who want to wear matching watches with
the one they love, but also for that new special someone
— what better way is there to confess true love?
Casio
will also release three digital G-SHOCK models featuring
the same white bodies and gold accents as the his and hers
models. |
