New Baby-G Has Cool, Clear Look Perfect for a Day at the Beach

May 25, 2005, Tokyo, Japan – Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced the release of the latest additions to the Baby-G line-up with the round-faced BG-1202 and BG-1204 series, available in seven fun colors, six with transparent bands, and one with a white opaque band. These tough but cute watches have a tropical resort feel that makes them right at home in any exotic locale. The Baby-G was first created as the women’s version of Casio’s popular G-SHOCK series of watches. With shock-resistant construction and water-resistance, the reliability of the Baby-G series became the watch of choice for the world’s top female surfers and body boarders. The Baby-G brand then found a huge following among fun-loving girls in their teens and twenties who admired the look and fashion of these women athletes.
