Introducing an exciting addition to the PHYS lineup of watches with built-in pulse monitor capabilities.
A chest strap with sensors and a transmitter built in pick up electrical signals generated by the heart and sends them to the watch. You can view measured data on the watch as you exercise, or recall it from memory for viewing after your workout is complete. Memory data includes: total exercise time, average heart rate, exercise time within target heart rate range, exercise time in excess of target heart rate range, exercise time below target heart rate range, energy consumed, and more. All this plus memory for up to 200 lap/split time records and 50-meter water resistance* makes this the perfect exercise tool.
*Watch only. Chest strap is water resistant under normal daily use.

You can monitor your performance in real time, as you work out.
You are able to see if you are training correctly and if you are improving your physical condition.
