This function permits projection of 3D contents onto a screen*1. Viewers equipped with separately available 3D Glasses for CASIO Projectors (YA-G30)*2 can view the resulting high-impact stereoscopic images on a large screen. Installation of separately available CASIO 3D Converter (YA-D30)*2 software also enables you to convert 2D images to 3D images on a PC for higher-impact presentations.
*1 In the case of 3D projection, the HDMI and component interfaces are not compatible.
*2 See page 8 for details.

Custom Logo can be saved and utilized for startup screen
Users can capture and save projection screen data and utilize it for the startup screen when presenting.
Keylock function prevents incorrect operation and undesired access
The projector can be disabled using key operation on the main unit, making it secure for projecting digital signage in various locations.
Presenters can conduct pointing and PC operations on the projection screen using the separately available Interactive Pointer YA-P10* as a remote mouse. They can also use the Presentation Draw software (bundled with the YA-P10) to write characters and draw graphics on the projection screen and turn the screen into a whiteboard.

• Writing on a PC desktop enabled

The Presentation Timer function displays an elapsed time countdown on the projection screen during presentations. This alerts you at a glance to the time remaining or time overruns.
The projector body is equipped with a USB 2.0 host function that enables projection of presentation materials saved in a commercially available USB memory. Not only moving and still images, but also PowerPoint files with animation effects, can be displayed after conversion with the bundled EZ-Converter FA software.
[Compatible file formats] •Still images: JPEG, BMP •Moving images: Motion-JPEG (AVI format) •Audio: ADPCM
[Bundled software] •EZ-Converter FA: Enables users to convert PowerPoint files to a format compatible with this equipment, including animation effects. •ArcSoft Media Converter 3 for CASIO Projectors: Enables users to convert moving image files to a format compatible with these projectors.

Wireless communication (IEEE802.11b/g) with Windows® PCs can be conducted using the bundled wireless adaptor. The system supports simultaneous projection from up to four terminals (four split-screen display) and simultaneous connection with up to 32 terminals. Software for wireless communication with Macintosh® is available for downloading on the CASIO Web site

Wireless communication (IEEE 802.11b/g) with smart phones and other mobile devices*1 is available for presentations. Presenters can display everything from screen shots (screen images) from their PC or other terminal, presentation files (PtG) with animation effects*2 and still image slide shows.
*1 Compatible with wireless LAN-equipped (IEEE802.11b/g) smart phones with MobiShow® installed. MobiShow® software includes an Android™ version, Apple iOS version and Windows Mobile® version.
*2 PowerPoint files with animation effects must be converted to a format (PtG) compatible with the projector with the bundled EZ-Converter FA software. The latest version of EZ-Converter FA supports this conversion process, but the EZ-Converter FA available with the slim model (GREEN SLIM) is not compatible.
Notes: Supported functions differ depending on the terminal’s OS. Supported devices will be announced on the CASIO Web site.

A built-in illumination sensor senses the brightness of the surrounding environment and adjusts the projection brightness automatically. Projecting at the optimal brightness at all times reduces eye strain and contributes to reducing power consumption. Manual adjustment in five levels is also available.

The wide-angle zoom lens permits projector installation across a wider range by enabling projection at the optimal display size from short or long distances from the screen.
* The magnification differs depending on the model.

*Distance from screen
Detects the positioning of the projector and corrects trapezoidal distortions in the upper 30° range automatically.

Ceiling mounting is convenient for fixed positioning of a projector in venues such as conference rooms, classrooms or exhibition booths.
* Images are vertically inverted for projection when ceiling mounting is employed.
* Please contact your CASIO dealer for ceiling-mounting fittings/installation.
A Kensington® standard-compatible anti-theft lock hole is installed to help prevent unexpected thefts before they occur.
* Use a commercially available Kensington® standard anti-theft wire lock to take advantage of this function.
This terminal permits simultaneous display of images on a monitor and the screen through connection with a desktop PC monitor, etc.
Connecting an HDMI cable to this terminal makes presentation of high-quality digital images and sound easy.
Enables the operator to control the projector from a PC with RS-232C, enabling functions such as remote control power ON/OFF.
Remote control and monitoring of a projector from a PC via wired LAN is also possible. Compatibility with Crestron/AMX/Extron control boxes enables not only collective projector management on a network but also management from a control panel on a PC browser screen.
Starts projection automatically when the AC power cord is plugged in.
Power key operation is unnecessary when simply plugging in the AC power cord while the power is off.
Enables projection from the rear surface of the screen by inverting images horizontally. (Rear-projection compatible screen required.)
Positioning the air exhaust fan on the front of the projector prevents blowing of warm air on people on either side of or behind the projector.
Turns off images from input sources temporarily.
Memorizes projected images in the main body and displays them as still images.
Displays the sound of TV shows or video productions on the screen in text format.
Wireless remote controller with mouse function included.
Temporarily turns off images from input sources and sound from the built-in speaker.
